This program is not about restriction or waiting for January. It’s about enjoying the season, staying consistent, and starting the new year already in motion instead of playing catch-up.
What’s Included
In-Person Group Training
High-intensity HIIT and bodyweight workouts
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00 AM or 5:30 PM
Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM
Choose one time or attend multiple sessions each week for extra accountability
Weekly Group Nutrition Coaching
Live group Zoom call focused on fat loss, bloating, and consistency
Strategies for eating during busy weeks and social events
Zoom schedule will be shared prior to the start date
4-Week Nutrition Reset
Personalized calorie and protein targets
Simple nutrition structure that fits real life
Access to a variety of meal plan options
